Overview
- Used to study the diseases of connective tissue and muscle associated with fibrotic and dystrophic changes
- Collagen is stained blue, cytoplasm and muscle fibers red and the nuclei blue to black
- Kit contains Weigert’s Iron Hematoxylin part A, Weigert’s Iron Hematoxylin part B, Gomori's Trichrome Stain Solution - Blue Collagen, Bouin’s Fluid and 1% Acetic Acid Solution
