Acid alcohol enhances staining by removing excess hematoxylin from the slide, resulting in improved cellular clarity. Will also remove the residual hematoxylin staining the glass.

• Designed to be used with the full line of Epredia automatic stainers as well as manual methods.

Nu-Clear I

• Fast-acting solution
• Recommended for use as a 10-second step in most protocols
• Particularly beneficial for use with Harris hematoxylin
• May be used on the Epredia Gemini AS Slide Stainer

Nu-Clear II

• Less concentrated
• Recommended as a 20-second step
• May be used on the Epredia Linistat stainer and other linear stainers
• Recommended for use with Gill hematoxylins
