Immu-Mount™ is an aqueous-based mountant for immunostaining and other techniques.
Overview
- Non-permanent mountant
- Economical, organic, overnight drying liquid coverslip
- Non-fluorescing medium with a low viscosity
- Resists fading and polymerises quickly for easier handling of finished slides
- Refractive index: 1.495 +/- 0.002 (liquid); 1.586 +/- 0.002 (dry)
- Viscosity: low (approx. 140 cPs)
- pH: 8.0 from 8.8 at 21 °C to 24 °C
